Our Flour

OUR FLOUR IS FROM A SINGLE ORIGIN, UNBLENDED, ALL FROM OUR FARM. 

Our grain has not been bleached, fortified or had anything added.

Our wheat quality is almost like a time capsule of what has happened in the paddock for that growing season.

We are currently milling Reliance wheat from paddock P2A.
It was sown in October 2023 following a paddock of kale that the lambs had eaten off over winter. The paddock had a lot of natural fertility following the lamb grazing and the wheat grew very well during the spring and summer with very little inputs.
The wheat was harvested on a true canterbury summers day in a hot nor 'west wind and the result was some beautiful plump wheat perfect for milling.
