Our Flour

ALL OUR FLOUR IS FROM A SINGLE ORIGIN, UNBLENDED, ALL FROM OUR FARM. 

They have not been bleached, fortified or had anything added.

Our wheat quality is almost like a time capsule of what has happened in the paddock for that growing season.

The 2018/19 season produced some very strong high protein grain as we had a very hot and dry spring/summer. Fast forward 12 months and we have had a long cool spring/summer producing some high yields but lower protein content as the nutrients are spread over a higher yield.

Our High grade flour is very strong, great for sourdoughs and general baking. Yellowish in colour

Our Spray Free All Purpose flour is a very good all round, from cakes and biscuits to bread it as suitable for all.
